INTRODUCTION
Ms Parada Cano-Lasso joined Oliva-Ayala in 2015 and since then she has acquired extensive experience in advising national and international clients on both preventive matters and legal proceedings, covering all areas of criminal law. She has advised, both as prosecution and defence, companies and individuals in economic crimes, against the Public Administration and against individuals.
She also participated in the Memento Práctico Francis Lefebvre Derecho penal Económico y de la Empresa and has other publications on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law.
Before joining the firm, she worked in the Real Estate and Litigation departments of Clifford Chance and Deloitte, where she was able to begin to develop her legal and financial training.
EDUCATION
- Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, through the Institute of Stock Market Studies, I.E.B.
- Master’s Degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, I.E.B.
